Envision is hiring for Entry Level Team Members to assist with our Fortune 500 client portfolio. In the beginning, our employees learn the fundamentals of marketing, consulting, and sales. The consulting that we do is for small to mid-size target markets. We do not handle telemarketing, direct mail, billboards, broadcasting, and/or market research. As technology increases, the demand from our clients never goes away to build and maintain those personal relationships with their present and potential small business customers. As our team members prosper with the presentations, marketing, sales, and consulting skills, they then are able to rapidly advance into other areas of the company. Such roles include:
Honing of skills, mentoring others, team leadership skills, campaign management, and personal accountability for newer team members
Entry level introduction to interviewing possible team members/candidates for roles within the company and responsibilities for new hiring within the company.
(S.W.O.T.) In depth training on decision making abilities- the how’s and why’s behind financial and client strategies. Also, decisions regarding trainee to trainer responsibilities and other decisions pertaining to growth in the company.
Directs and dictates all decisions made for our Fortune 500 clients, hiring and termination of employees, and leading and overseeing of all employees within the company. Responsibilities also encompass core improvements for our clients and how to improve valuable market share. Executives determine potential markets for growth and expansion amongst the company and our clients.
